Kindergarten have been creating wonderful art depictions of sea creatures and snails. We are working on using our mouse by using a spiral in our art. Can you see a spiral shape? We have made some snails and some fish.

Finally we are in the library and we can use the computers. Stage 3 were working on their rainforest 2CASS projects, Art Rage posters and brochures.Kinder and Year One were having lots of fun creating art rage pictures of sea creatures.Kindergarten boys had fun creating different Lego characters with the Lego 4 app on the itouch.

On Tuesday , we have lots of fun in S1t and S1H. We worked on the Count Me In Games, and explored the Christmas apps on the itouches and ipads. the Year One girls loved the app where you could bake different cookies and cakes.

Last week Kindergarten and Year One explored the different apps on the itouches and the ABCYA.com website for all things Halloween. The students were very excited about Halloween as there had been a special time in Cardiff to celebrate on the weekend.

Students were asked to create a celebration picture. The celebrations ranged from Christmas to birthdays, weddings to the birth of a baby brother or sister and even the birthday a tree that turned 100 years old.

Tuesdays with Kinder and Year One

We had so much fun yesterday. Kindergarten and Year one created gorgeous pictures of a celebration that they had been to on either the computer of the ipads. Catching fish on Gudli and not being eaten by a jellyfish or shark on the IWB, creating music using the piano on the ipods, making monsters by shaking the ipod and making rockets zoom through the sky were all in a mornings work for S1T and S1H.
